Terms of service.
Plain English, covering both this website (www.slabfactor.com) and the app (app.slabfactor.com). The operator is Slabfactor. Last updated 2026-08-25.
The service.
Slabfactor is a tool for pricing, labeling, and tracking a card inventory. Access is by invitation while we build with a small group of dealers: we may decline a request, and we may close an account that abuses the service or these terms. We'll be reasonable about both.
Your account.
You sign in with Google and you're responsible for what happens under your sign-in. An account belongs to a dealer business; staff you invite share that business's inventory record.
Your data is yours.
The inventory record — your cards, your costs, your asks — belongs to your business. Ask and we'll export it for you in a portable format. Ask and we'll delete it, as the privacy policy describes.
Prices are informational.
Market prices come from third-party sources and are refreshed on a schedule. They can be wrong, stale, or different by the time you sell. They are information, not financial advice: your asking price is your call, and your sales are your own.
Acceptable use.
Don't use the service unlawfully. Don't attack, probe, or overload it. Don't scrape it or resell access to it. Labels print what you set — what you ask for a card, and what you tell buyers, stays your responsibility.
No warranty, in plain words.
The service is provided as-is. We work to keep it up, fast, and right, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is capped at what you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights the law says you keep.
Changes.
We can change these terms. If a change matters, we'll say so before it takes effect, and the date at the top moves. Using the service after that means the new terms apply.
