On this website.
The request-access form.
If you ask for access we receive what you type: your name, your email, and whatever you tell us about your setup. We use it to reply and to set up your access, and for nothing else. It's delivered to our own intake queue in the app, with our operator email as the fallback — no lists, no resale.
Spam protection.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare processes the check (signals from your browser) to tell people from bots; we see the result of the check, not your identity.
Analytics.
We count pageviews with Umami, self-hosted on our own server: which page was visited, where the visit came from, browser and device type, and country. It is cookieless — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising IDs — and IP addresses are not stored as identity. We use it to learn which pages help.
Hosting.
The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes requests the way any content network does: to deliver and protect the site.
In the app.
Your account.
You sign in with Google. We receive your basic profile — name, email, picture — to create and secure your account. Your password never touches us; sign-in is Google's.
Your business data.
Your inventory, prices, and labels are stored to provide the service, and they belong to your business (see the terms). We never sell them and never use them for marketing lists. Staff accounts you invite see your business's shared record — that's the point of them.
Public card pages.
The pages a label's QR opens show catalog and market data — not your business's inventory.
Email.
We email you to answer your requests and to operate the service. We don't run marketing lists.
Your choices.
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for an export, or ask us to delete it: hello@slabfactor.com. Deleting your account removes your data per this policy.
Changes.
If our practice changes, this page changes, and so does the date at the top.
